A booking fee is required to secure your appointment time, this is 30% of the total treatment which is non-refundable. The remaining balance should be paid in cash or bank transfer on the day of treatment.
If you are running late, your appointment will still be honoured up to 15 minutes after the original booking. Anything after that your appointment will be cancelled, with no refund.
There is a 24-hour window for cancellations to reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time. Please note all package deals require a 50% deposit & the remaining balance to be paid at your first appointment.
